The school believes in the intellectual, moral and physical enrichment of the children through both academic and co-curricular activities. The school provides series of planned activities towards the attainment of all ideals that lead to holistic development of any student graduate of the school.
Phuentsholing Higher Secondary School was established in 1983 with 200 students and 9 teachers when the earlier primary school in town could no longer accommodate the growing student population.
